But because we drove all the way from Moncton for their breads and cakes, they offered to make 4 cakes if we're willing to wait: and yes we were. The ensaymada with cheese is delicious and tastes just like the ones in the Philippines. The mango cake is soft and moist with just the right amount of sweetness.
